Terms and Conditions of 24TradeStore, part of DisQounts International BV
Unless prior written to us, the fact that the client who entrusts us an order, a job or a service, in itself means that the client accepts our terms which are listed below. The general sales terms that are mentioned in the documents of our clients are not opposable. General purchase conditions of the customer do not apply unless we sent a written agreement with our accordance. The acceptance of order forms, delivery notes or a sent order confirmation never means that we accept the purchase conditions of the buyer.
2. Delivery time
The delivery time is in most cases within 72 hours, unless indicated otherwise on the website of 24TradeStore. The delivery time is no later than 30 days. If we can't deliver within 30 days we will inform you no later than 1 month after your order. You can cancel your order at no extra costs. Any payments already made by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible, but at least within 14 workdays after 24TradeStore has received the termination of the contract, on the bank or giro account of the customer.
3.1 For all orders a price is charged which were valid on the day the order was placed. For registered, reimbursement- and express consignments additional fees will be charged. All prices for the offered goods are in EURO's and exclusive 21% sales tax (VAT). Prices won't be raised within the duration of the special offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or if the manufacturer increases its price incrementally. All prices on the website are under a reservation of misprints. For the consequences of misprints, no liability is accepted.
3.2 Shipping costs
Before you make your order definite, you will get a list with the total costs, inclusive shipping costs. On that moment you can decide whether you place the order or not.
The orders will be conducted as soon as possible which is determined by available products and the processing abilities. If we due to the circumstances, that isn’t our fault, we will be prevented from fulfilling our obligations. Then we have the choice to suspend the completion of the agreement as long as the conditions apply (with a maximum of 30, if this lasts longer than 30 days then we will inform about it at last 1 month after the order was placed and you will have the right to cancel your order for free), then the agreement will be ended with a written message to the customer. The following circumstances are considered as supremacy: Strikes, lockouts, riots, revolution, mobilization, war, epidemics, failure of suppliers or any other or other similar or dissimilar circumstances.
5.1 The risk of transport is the risk of the customer.
5.2 24TradeStore will endeavor to deliver on the given delivery times
Article 6. Payment
24TradeStore uses the following payment methods:

7. Return shipment
7.1 After the customer has received the ordered product, the customer has the competence to terminate the agreement of the product within 4 working days after the reception of the product. The customer doesn’t need to give a reason for this. If the customer wants to terminate the agreement of these terms, the customer must inform 24TradeStore with a written letter. The customer should (after consultation with 24TradeStore) sent the product back to a set return address. In this case, the customer should pay the costs of the shipping and is responsible for the shipping.
7.2 After reception of the returned product the paid amount will be refunded within 30 days to the customer.
8.1 24TradeStore guarantees that the delivered product fulfills the terms and the offer described in the description, and thus the terms of the manufacturer also applies. The guarantee time of 24TradeStore is the same as the given guarantee time of the manufacturer. This guarantee does not apply if the defect is due to carelessness, malicious damage, or inattention. The guarantee does not apply if any other than the manufacturer has repaired the product.
8.2 At delivery of inadequate / incomplete / wrong products, the buyer is entitled to have the missing, reparation or replacement of the item delivered. This right expires if the purchaser fails to report within a reasonable time after discovery of the failure.
9. Complaints and disputes procedure
9.1 You can send complaints per e-mail, telephone, fax or letter to us. We will contact you within 3 working days to try to solve your problem. You can contact us telephonically from Monday till Friday from 10.00 till 17.00.
The Dutch law applies to all agreements with customers from the Netherlands. 24TradeStore submits to the jurisdiction of the competent court of the residence of the buyer or the domicile of 24TradeStore. This is the choice of the customer. 24TradeStore will ask the Consumers Association (Consumentenbond) for cooperation to solve the dispute.
9.2 24TradeStore will finish the complaint within 30 days. We will inform you if there are any delays with the reason and the delay duration
Article 10. Laws and regulations
The Dutch law applies on all offer, orders, and agreements with 24TradeStore. Disputes, which resulting from an agreement with 24TradeStore and the customer, which cannot be solved with a mutual agreement, the competent court within the district of Utrecht comes into play, unless 24TradeStore prefers the competent court in the domicile of the customer, with exception of the disputes which belong to the jurisdiction of a magistrate.
Article 11. Special situations
24TradeStore always has the right to refuse customers who have tried to abuse the services of 24TradeStore. If an order was seized by customs, gets damaged during transport or is lost during transport, 24TradeStore tries to find the best solution in consultation with the transport company. By refunding or resending the ordered product. Of course, we first try to find what went wrong and whose fault it was!
