Delivery Service

Deliveries within the Netherlands will be delivered by PostNL.

We strive to send your products within 72 hours after reception of your payment. It can happen that the product is not (temporally) available. In that case we will deliver the product a maximum of 10 working days after you have received the payment.  

Shipping costs

Our shipping costs are the same as the shipping costs of the rates set by PostNL, plus the applicable VAT rate. The costs depend on the weight of the product you have ordered. When stating your order you will see exactly what your shipping costs are.

We deliver our products all over the world. If your country is not on the list with shipping countries, please contact our customer service


Payment method
You can pay 3 different ways: via iDEAL, PayPal or bank transfer.

Returns and defects

Despite the great care we devote to your order, it can occur that a product is not working or that you have received the wrong product. In these cases you must contact 24TradeStore within 10 working days. That can be done via the online ticket system on our website or by writing a letter to:

Unstamped shipments are not accepted. For a quick solution of your complaint you must send a copy of the delivery note with it.
